Powersafe Panel Mounts are electrical industrial sockets for generators, batteries, busbars, switchgear and junction boxes. Powersafe panel brackets are available for all three phases plus neutral and ground. Powersafe sockets have the same mechanical locking system as their in-line counterparts; a secure connection between plug and socket is achieved by an innovative mechanical locking system that can be disconnected with a simple key. Electrical industrial sockets are compatible with sockets from other manufacturers for power lock panel mounting.
Connections are secured with an M12 threaded termination clip to a standard cable lug. Industrial sockets are rated at 500 (T5) or 800 (T8) amperes. The standard connector is attached to the panel through 4 mounting holes on the flange, see the “Technical Drawings” tab for details on the panel cutout drawing. Alternatively, the flange holes can be fitted with M6 threaded inserts for front or rear mounting.
The 800A sockets are made of silver-coated copper (660 to 800 amps).
